1. a) A price list has been provided in our website for all our customers.

 

2. a) The order can be emailed and a sales representative will send you a confirmation of your order.

 

3. a) Shipping expenses are based on weight, size and destination of package. For example, when package is shipped by air, the shipping is calculated by weight. When package is shipped by sea, shipping is calculated by volume. In cases that FedEx, UPS or UPSP are used, the shipping charges are calculated by weight and volume.

 

4. a) Unfortunately, we do not ship to a Third Party.

 

5. a) The order can be paid by Wire Transfer ( Method Preferred), Cash, U.S. Cashier's Check, U.S. Company Check (check must clear before shipment), Letter of Credit (confirmed and irrevocable) or via Pay Pal account with verified address.

 

6. a) We will deliver the order to your freight forwarder in the Miami area. This service will be complimentary and part of our service.

 

7. a) Most of the products we sell come with a minimum 1 year warranty.  In some cases, the warranty could be less depending on what is offered by the manufacturer.

 

8. a) As wholesalers, our inventory is always rotating. In the event we don't have a product in stock, we are always ordering according to our clients need. For special order products, quantities are limited.
